Science has shown that it is not a curse but a boon to mankind through this invention.
To handle the computer more easily and effectively software's are being introduced by the software companies like security software companies. More and more security software companies have emerged in today's corporate world. Security is essential for the all the people or individuals using the services provided by the computer. Computers can store enormous number of private and confidential data. This has to be secured effectively. Security software companies have emerged as a friend in this problem. A company is an association of workers or rather members which is formed purely only for earning profits by carrying the business. It is a voluntary association of people who can become members easily by buying the shares of the company. The company's capital has been distributed in the form of shares given to the members of the company. Thus anyone can easily become the member of the company just by the purchase of the shares. The members who purchase the shares of the company are called as the share holders of the company. These share holders only are the nominal owners of the company as they have invested their precious capital in the company.
A company may be a called as a joint stock company. It is just like an artificial person in the corporate world. That is it does not have physical existence but has legal existence in this world. One of the most important features of the companies is the perpetual succession. Perpetual succession means it has a very long and stable life. As they are an artificial person they need to sign necessary documents. But it is not possible for the company to sign the documents and hence for this purpose the common seal is used. The common seal acts as a registered signature of the company for signing the necessary documents which are to be countersigned by any two directors of the company.
